Jason Rieckewald-Schmidt was two-time ‘SE of the Year’ as Salesforce’s Commerce Cloud. Before that he sold and implemented Salesforce solutions for companies such as SnapChat and DoorDash. He has been coaching clients for over a decade and has a proven track record of driving results with his clients.
Solution Wins addresses the huge gap in what companies are teaching Sales Engineers. For small organizations, it is only on-the-job training for 1-2 weeks before they are cut loose to work with customers. At larger organizations, while there can be robust onboarding plans, once the SE is live the coaching stops and the managing begins.
